He knows best who is truly mindful of him." Al-Raghib al-Isfahani said, "A person's purification of himself is of two types.

The first is purification through action, and this is praiseworthy.

This is what is intended in Allah's statement, 'Successful indeed is the one who purifies it.' The second is purification through words, similar to when a trustworthy person declares someone else to be upright.
