So, okay, let's switch now from Sri Lankan batting to Indian batting.

Now, compared to how Mitchell Santner, Ajaz Patel and Simon Harmer dismantled our batters, you know, at home, do you feel the Indian batters have had a better showing against PIN in this series? Because in the first two innings across both matches, they made 462 and 503.

And in Colombo, over 80 overs, the Sri Lankan spinners could only manage four wickets at the cost of 286 runs, right? So traditionally, we've always been known as the Goliath of spin.

Recently, we were looking more like the David.

And, uh, my feeling was, you know, obviously 'cause the old ball was getting softer, but then the new ball was take- the new ball was taken just before lunch.

And Ajaz Patel, and of course Ian Dutchy Holland, who took five for 19, which I believe is his best return in the County Championship, uh, set us up to a sensational win, which, uh, was quite amazing, and we cer- and we certainly enjoyed in the early afternoon sunshine in front of the pavilion with a beer or two.

I bet, and those last three wickets falling for just one run must have been, [laughs] must have been amazing.

So it, it was a good, it was a good all-round bowling performance.

Obviously they added too with the, uh, spin of Rehan Ahmed and, uh, Ajaz Patel, who did, who did, who did go, who did go wicket-less, but, uh, but, uh, was very economical.

So basically Leicestershire's appeared to be in control for large parts of the game.

And, um, as the, as the ball, as the ball ticked down, it became, it be- it began to become inevitable that we were going to win the game, although you're always a bit cautious that, you know, a couple of sixes in a row could change anything.
