So, uh, by title, he, uh, Patrick's the CEO of Ajax Defense.

You wanna talk a little bit about what you're doing with Ajax, Patrick?

Sure.

Ajax Defense is a, a private investment holding company, veteran-owned, uh, uh, with a mission to rebuild the defense industrial base by investing private capital in small business aerospace and defense manufacturing, uh, companies.

Since starting that, uh, late 2022, uh, we've acquired two businesses.

One is Whalen Machine & Tool in Louisville, Kentucky, where I'm sitting, uh, right now, uh, which is a high-precision machining, doing 100% DOD work for the last 36 years or so, uh, here in, here in Louisville and supporting, uh, prime contractors like Raytheon and BAE Systems and Lockheed Martin and those kind of companies, uh, with high-precision machining and assemblies.

Uh, uh, we're reinvesting cash flows and, and adding to our investment, uh, to expand what we can do and thinking long term.
