And so can you talk a little bit about, you know, why estrogen is so important at any, really at any stage?

Aimee DebowGUEST
Yeah, so estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone, all three, plus there's a bunch of others that are important as well that go through it.

Aimee DebowGUEST
But those are the three that they go up and down during your menstruation period.

Aimee DebowGUEST
So, you know, you almost at the end, when women at the end of their menstruation feel this change or moodiness, that's the same thing.

Aimee DebowGUEST
And then in pregnancy, it's also a dramatic change of those hormones, really high and then a very large dip.

Vicki BradleyHOST
So what do you think? organizations still fundamentally don't understand about that impact to performance or even retention with our women leaders?

Aimee DebowGUEST

Aimee DebowGUEST
I, I had a team, I was working on it day and night and months, and I, you know, prepped the slides, and I was ready.

Aimee DebowGUEST
Then I went in to present, and I hadn't slept much, like I hadn't on most nights.
