Yeah, so estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone, all three, plus there's a bunch of others that are important as well that go through it.

But those are the three that they go up and down during your menstruation period.

So, you know, you almost at the end, when women at the end of their menstruation feel this change or moodiness, that's the same thing.

The only great part is that it comes back again because you get another cycle.

And then in pregnancy, it's also a dramatic change of those hormones, really high and then a very large dip.
