They are now, uh, grown up.

And, uh, so the movie takes place where now in, we find out in a flashback at the beginning of the movie that Aidan Quinn, who played the love interest in the first movie, ended up marrying Sandra Bullock, and he's now dead.

Uh, I guess maybe they couldn't get Aidan Quinn to come back [laughs] I don't know.

Hmm.

They kill him off at the beginning of the movie, and then Sandra Bullock is like, "I don't want my kids to know anything about the witchcraft.

at the end take over one of their bodies take

over like as in he is a ghost in the book but he doesn't like possess okay okay so he's like yeah he's haunting them and by the way of like all these flowers are blooming really eerily in the garden and things are moving around sit like the ring is moving around like all that's very similar in the book um and the policeman does come to investigate in the book but he's not the like that's a way bigger plot in the film the Aidan Quinn plot

old because the film brought in this bit that wasn't in the book at all whereby at the beginning she makes this spell for the perfect man spell but i do think i love the idea of that but then when in the film and correct me if i'm wrong but like i feel like other than that he had two different color eyes and they said can you flip a pancake he said yes and they said can you ride like a horse backwards he said yes or whatever it was they didn't it was a real tell don't show wasn't it

Before you review it, though, somebody wants to know, is Aidan Quinn in Practical Magic 2 without him? It's pointless.

And they are I'm not sure what age is supposed to be because.

Antonia is trying to be a neurosurgeon and Kylie's still in college but Kylie's the older one so I'm just trying to tally with that slightly I haven't quite worked that out yet so because it goes there's a bit of a tie into the first one again Sally once again because her husband has died who was originally played by Aidan Quinn in the first film he's passed away so her two girls are growing up so because she's broken hearted over her husband passing away because of the curse.

She decides to do a magic trick on herself so she forgets about all her magical ability, which people who watched the first film will know this is just a tie-in of that.

She also neglects to tell her two growing girls that they're witches and there's a curse on the family, which I think is, you know, pretty poor parenting.
