Aida Cuevas

And how we're sort of opening that up a little bit is we're having some artists that, some Mexican artists that don't get seen too often.

Aida Cuevas, who is sort of the mother, a queen of mariachi, is coming and joining us.

And that's very, very exciting for the, for the Mexican community in the Bronx and in the tri-state area.

Ginuwine, who's a fabulous R&B singer, that's on the docket and that's selling very, very well.

Then in October, we have Milly Quezada and Miriam Cruz.

They're sort of the queens of Dominican merengue.

Then we have Aida Cuevas in October.

She's the Mexican singer that I was talking about.

My previous title of principal conductor for, uh, basically the specials component of what I do was, um, th- th- it was the Dallas Symphony Presents, which is all of the sort of one-off concerts that we do that don't quite fit into either the classical or pop subscription series.

So it, it was movies, it was shows with Aida Cuevas, Lila Downs, or, you know, any variety of programming that we did.

Now it encompasses both those special programming as well as the pops series, so all of the regular annual subscription series for pops that we do.

Uh, w- so anything basically non-classical now falls under this new umbrella.
