Ahualulco de Mercado

Um, the biggest thing that I'm looking at agave at, for is saponins.

That's why some of the agave I really love, like Agave vilmoriana, um, even though they are not California or USA native, they're native to where I was born in, uh, in, uh, Ahualulco de Mercado, Jalisco.

And, uh, it's an agave that was around the region where me and my family lived, and, uh, I just really love that agave, right, for, from that angle.

But the saponins really got me hooked on it, and the saponins, I think, ha- will have an enormous amount of medicinal benefits for people.
