Aggieville

Spectacular golf course.

Uh, maybe hit Aggieville for a couple hours on Friday night.

We will not be acting like we're twenty-one and back in college, but we might see some people that are twenty-one that are in college out doing what they do, and then up bright and early on Saturday morning and have a little breakfast and head over to the stadium.

So very much looking forward to that.

I mean, my favorite spots to eat, I'm trying to think.

So Long Saloon is an, a great restaurant in a bar district called Aggieville which is-

Okay

... uh, the big bar district ar- ar- around downtown-ish.

Um, and uh, I'm trying to think.

There's so many great places.

Um, mostly a, a lot of what you'll wanna go to is in Aggieville.

There's a pizza place called AJ's that, that's awesome.

Yeah,

just go to Aggieville on a Thursday.

Yeah, go on down at that time of year.

So I think catfish are notorious for, you know, males especially will rub themselves up against rocks and cause sores just trying to impress the ladies.

Yeah.

Uh, the terrestrial kind of parallel to that is sometimes prairie chickens will dance themselves to death on a lek trying to impress the ladies.

So yeah, that's also like Aggieville.

That's right.

I know the West Coast probably loves how they have those times, and they can just have a little bit of a nighttime.

But, you know, Aggieville is where you want to hit up.

I mean, that's the bar district.

That's where um, just kind of the night before the, I don't know really too much of the morning before when it comes to an 11 a.m. game, but a ton of tailgating around the stadium.

I would have much rather have done a game at Jack Trice than a game in Manhattan.

As a fan, I would have rather, having experienced that, I would have rather gone to Manhattan and done Aggieville.

I love Manhattan.

It's one of my favorite college towns.

Yeah, I really just say gaming or just finding little things to do, like little events online.

If there's an event in Aggieville, like a farmer's market or somewhere.

I know recently before camp, you know, camp's been going on.

So we don't really have a lot of off time.

Yep.

Always want to come back to a few games a year and, you know, um, going out to Aggieville or whatever when you come back and tailgate and I've never got a tailgate before so um I think that'll be really cool once I'm done so

I love everything that you're doing I love your route that brought you to K-State I love the JUCO uh pivot that you had to make I think that's the coolest thing out there I love the leader that you are um and I'm excited to see y'all play ball this year I really am and I appreciate you coming on the show thank you thanks for having me it was awesome
