I, I often look across and what I see in the NHS, partly since Agenda for Change came in, is that for people to progress, they have to get into leadership.

Yes, people are often successful at interviews to become leaders, but how well-equipped are they? They are often technically competent, especially if they come through the leadership, uh, if, if they come through as clinicians, but how prepared are they, you know? So we've got, uh, a leadership program where we ensure that people think about how they lead staff, how they lead teams, how they manage resources, and how, uh, they work across partnerships, uh, to be able to deliver.
