And we've gotten a little bit of a taste of this in recent experiences in both Kenya and South Africa and speaking with leaders across the continent who are using the model as inspiration and in some cases taking parts of it and using it fairly straightforwardly and in other cases, adapting it beautifully to fit their context.

And I don't know, Jeff, would you like to share a couple of the examples from African Leadership Academy of some of the adaptations you've heard about the fellows making with parts of the model?

Yeah, I mean, it's been really interesting to see how what the model is solving for is universal, even if the ways that that looks are different.

You know, so some of it is, you know, physical, just what does it even look like physically? And so, you know, in the originating school, there were parts of the room where students could go to self-regulate.

We are going behind it because today I want you to meet the woman, the youngest of 10 children, the multi-potentialite who left South Africa for Japan on a hunch, the one who learned to do it scared before she ever made it look easy.

But I had to go and do it to make that decision, right? And so...

yeah at least i did it i can say well i wanted to try this out and it wasn't for me and uh but i knew like i'd never have to look back and go oh maybe i should have done that you know

um so wow you did it you did it and you can let the whole world know with your chest you did it it's hilarious Okay, at the African Leadership Academy, you work with some of the highest potential young leaders on the continent.

When you sit with a young African woman who has everything it takes, what is the thing most consistently standing between her and the life she's capable of?
