Okay, next up, we have launched some new research with Advance HE this week all about investing in mid-level leaders in higher education.

Mack, give us the highlights.

It did get, the closest we got, I should say, is probably something like a fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.

You know, when the HEA was the HEA, had a lot more funding maybe 15, 20 years ago.

You know, there was this sort of motion towards it.

But it ended up largely as writing a reflective account of your teaching practice with no requirement to demonstrate that what you had done was commensurate with the evidence on effective teaching or any good in any way.

And that process has been largely undermined, I think, as advanced HE has emerged from what was left of the HEA.

And universities themselves, you know, maybe 10, 15 years ago, almost all of them had like a postgraduate certificate in teaching in higher education.

And that was universities doing what universities do, right? We have to train people.

He also trains companies on topics related to compassionate business and human-oriented leadership.

He's a university professor and a senior fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK.

He's also the author of business and personal development books published in various languages.

The second edition of his book, The Art of Compassionate Business, is available, and that's something we're gonna be chatting about today.
