I would say that All of the plans have some kind of medical or health benefits.

So we have several plans, actually four plans, that cover a wide range of travel protection benefits, but also medical benefits.

If you are enrolled in a health plan, much like the Foreign Service Benefit Plan that provides global or international coverage, You don't really need the medical protection as much because you are covered overseas or outside of the United States.
