The, the country was in transition, so declaring independence from Yugoslavia, the whole system breaking down.

Uh, there was a lot of, um, system changes in terms of capitalism was introduced into a socialistic, uh, um, community.

Uh, a lot of, um, companies were breaking down.

Like pretty much, I would say, our parents have been put in a situation that they were not raised for that.

They had no idea what is happening.
