he shows up at the end i felt so bad for michael keaton because again what i liked about what i liked about at least that first movie is he didn't kill his villain like his villain doesn't die and in fact he saves michael keaton's life

Yeah, let's look at Adrian Toomes, the vulture from Spider-Man.

So Toomes is a working class salvage contractor.

He bought the trucks, hired the guys, played by the rules, and had his entire livelihood legally stolen from him by wealthy elites.

Yeah, the DODC has become like the government entity that is the bad guys in the MCU.

I believe their first appearance was Homecoming because they came in on Adrian Toomes' cleanup scene of the Battle of New York and then they said, we're taking over this thing.

But then they kind of divulged into the government bad guys in the MCU and they've shown up again in Ms. Marvel.

They've shown up in Wonder Man, which was a great show.
