Well, seven weeks on since the Great American Conquest has began and it's already 10% of our Australian trading volumes in seven weeks, ladies and gentlemen.

And it was brought to my attention, one of these big buyers, I think his name is Adrian Portelli.

I hope I've pronounced that right.

Has he sold something? He's dropped the price by $2 million or $1 million.

What makes you say he's a fraud? Let's dive into your mind.

Yeah

... as a perfect example, like Adrian Portelli, like they are giving back and giving back to everyday Australians all the time, and they've built such a niche cult following because of that, and I think, like that can be so simple.

We had an episode with Jesse Marshall the other week, and we were talking about like, you know, if you only had $100 to promote your podcast, what would you, would you be doing? And we spoke about how there have been podcasts that have literally gone and bought a Starbucks gift card and put the QR code on their stories and said, "Hey, guys, coffee's on us." But then everyone's sharing that, and they're like, "Oh," and they feel this sense of like, gosh, they've done something for me.

Yeah.

I mean, it's a crazy amount of money, and it's always amazing to see lots of people do well out of it.

I wanna talk about the year Adrian Portelli bought up the entire resort, Phillip Island.

He essentially single-handedly decided the winner of the show.

What was your reaction in that moment?

Um, you know, and I think everyone, you know, should, should, uh, pay them the respect that they deserve for, for pulling that one off.

So that was something, I mean, were they negotiating with their, their buyer, with Adrian Portelli beforehand?

Well, everybody thought they were.
