Adolphe Menjou

But wow, what a sweet movie.

But you have, y- you have on the set in, in, in these movies, Absent-Minded Professor and Pollyanna, you have Karl Malden, Agnes Moorehead, Adolphe Menjou, Mary Grace Canfield, Ed and Keenan Wynn.

Keenan Wynn.

Were, were, did these people really enjoy each other?

She plays Ca- Patsy Cardwell, who is the daughter of a down-and-out musician.

Her father played by Adolphe Menjou as John Cardwell.

Uh, he's out there looking to make a buck by joining an orchestra, and when he is turned down and lied about getting into this orchestra, she takes it into her own hands to have this, uh, group of musicians find a way to make some money.

Yeah, when he's turned down from a well-known orchestra directed by Leopold Stokowski-

Yes, who is depressed, kind of past his prime, and in this version of the story, an alcoholic.

Um, also returning in this movie is Adolphe Menjou, who plays producer Oliver Niles.

Andy Devine makes a return from Romeo and Juliet-

Yeah

Um, yeah.

Oh, Adolphe Menjou is in that movie.

Can't wait.

Welcome back.
