And I'm delighted to welcome three of the people working on this.

Tony Aggie is Executive Director of Dot Public and Tony is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Trinity College Dublin.

Jake Berger is Programme Director at Dot Public and Professor Dave Lewis is a Professor in Computer Science at Trinity College Dublin.

So Tony, Jake and Dave, you are all very welcome to the programme.

So that was one thing that sort of allows faculty voice to be better transmitted to the dean, to the executive vice president.

And then the second thing was we took a look at our adjunct faculty, which at the time there was one job code for adjunct faculty, but it covered a lot of different things.

Like I have an adjunct appointment in biomedical engineering, which is unpaid, but I'm internal to the university.

But we really wanted to focus on, we have all these clinical preceptors in the community who were called adjunct faculty at the time.

Now we call them community faculty and we couldn't track them.

you know, we had like a thousand of them.

And we did focus groups with community faculty to sort of find out like, why do you do this? And what can we do to make your lives better? And what do you need? And that helped us identify sort of what are the benefits that we offer them? How do we keep track of them? And then based on that, we did a survey.

And that actually we did publish that talks about it.

Across the region, fires have intensified in parts of Sumatra and Kalimantan, dry conditions have persisted, and Meteorological Service Singapore says El Nino conditions are now established and strengthening.

Yeah, so to understand what's happening above us, we've brought in again Professor Ko Tiew Yong, the Adjunct Associate Professor in Atmospheric Physics at the National University of Singapore.
