And then on the other side is, you know, with respect to patients who are now in your practice ongoing, do you have a system where you monitor for cumulative steroid use as well?

So it's very difficult to find that information, actually, especially in patients that I see in my clinic because they have gone, like I said previously, they have gone from, their care is so fragmented.

They go from different EDs, different hospitals.

So it's very difficult to find that information.

And a lot of my patients also lack the health literacy and they don't really understand their disease process.

There hasn't been a lot of education about what they have.

So it's very difficult to get a good history.

How do you redirect that conversation?
