Jack EvansGUEST
36:30

Arj BarkerGUEST

Gotcha.
Joel CaineHOST

Freddie ArthurGUEST
5:05
I had a big chat with someone recently about choosing between two venues for Adelaide Fringe and it was kind of like, yeah, just kind of thrown around.
Freddie ArthurGUEST
5:17
Not for me, it was for someone else, but we were just talking about it.
Freddie ArthurGUEST
5:20
It was either like a really good time slot at like a smaller venue and it was going to be a lot cheaper or it was like I think maybe a slightly not as good time slot but in like one of the really big ones and then I was like, oh, but...

Freddie ArthurGUEST

And it's one of those things that I, whilst it's a tragedy that I lost my nanny this way, I have gained a gift of knowledge that I'm able to offer to the people around me and to be a part of telling that story through my art form as well.
Perlina LauHOST
15:47
Mm.
Perlina LauHOST
15:48
And A Box of Memories, uh, premiered at Adelaide Fringe.
Perlina LauHOST

It had a sellout season in Australia as well, and it's been in the US, and this will be its, uh, New Zealand debut.
Katrina SedgwickGUEST

So it was a really magical time and you find that there's many, many people involved in the arts from Adelaide who really grew up in that era and I think it shows the value of investing in kids and the arts and arts and education
Joey WiggleHOST
4:41
i was just about to say it just from the sounds of things it was just the right place the right time and the right people in government giving free lessons and it almost seems like it wasn't even a choice it was just the right passage of life to just go into the arts i mean particularly I mean, in Adelaide, I mean, many people don't know this, but like one of the biggest festivals, I mean, particularly in the country and maybe even in the world, is the Adelaide Fringe Festival, where some of the best independent and yet creative individuals you will possibly see all come together in that one festival.
Joey WiggleHOST
