Town of Addison, Texas

District 2, by the way, is the northern part of Dallas County.

And it stretches from Irving, Capel, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Addison, Richardson, It goes all the way down to Preston Hollow.

It's like a T.

It goes down Preston Hollow to Highland Park, University Park, Uptown, all the way into Lakewood.

I moved here in 1980 from Chicago and moved to Plano, and Plano was small then, but Plano back during World War II was a tiny little farming town.

So was Addison.

All the outlying communities in Dallas were tiny little farming towns, and that's what

Terrell was.

yes the uh forney rotc um they talked to us a couple months ago set up a thing a tour he actually brought two school buses two separate high schools so they're i don't look like there's 100 kids in that picture about 75 or 100 kids so you know that's that's 40 is the next burg over so it's you know part of our community thing we're not we're not just about you know we're focused on taro but we welcome all comers you know

well we had will's point and we had the people from addison from that school

As a matter of fact, there's a high school up in Addison, which is a big airport north of here, Rising Aviation High School.

It's a high school program with an emphasis on aviation, A&Ps, drones, private pilot.

The Kavanaugh Flight Museum right on the field at Addison Kilo Alpha Delta Sierra just north of downtown Dallas because here's the thing about this place, they fly them.

I'm not kidding, this is not a museum where the airplanes sit behind velvet rope with a little placard and a light that buzzes.

These airplanes have oil on the belly.
