And what we should do is, is this my change management is we, we got to embrace the change and adapt as we go, because you can't predict chaos.

But you can be adaptive and and have adaptive management strategies.

That's what we call those adaptive management strategies.

And that helps take the shock and the trauma off of the change.

And that's the scariest part of change is like our world is changing.
