So Lincoln at Gettysburg: Shall Not Perish is a once in a generation event that we're doing in Gettysburg to commemorate the, uh, the 25 hours that Lincoln spent at Gettysburg, and we're doing it under, with, with, uh, America 250, Pennsylvania, Adams County, and it's really a signature event for Gettysburg and for the state of Pennsylvania.
Wendy AllenGUEST

Asia TabbHOST

Depending on what it looks like, depending on some of the other rules inside of or stipulations with the relationship, it might make sense to send some of those over to a charity, right? One of the things that we do here at our organization, you know, we really like to be a connector and a resource for charitably minded people.
Garret RohrbaughGUEST
17:03
And one of the organizations that we kind of hold near and dear to our heart and working with is the Adams County Community Foundation.
Garret RohrbaughGUEST
17:07
So things like, you know, if you are on that estate tax threshold, right, getting assets out of your name, whether that whether that be accelerated gifting or working with them to do things to, again, keep your asset level at a lower rate, right? And maybe even diving further into the titling conversation, right? Maybe you're married, you have what's called a joint tenants account with your spouse.
Garret RohrbaughGUEST
17:40
Once you pass, that account would then become solely in the name of the surviving spouse.

Tax gain harvest and pay some of those taxes on some of those non-qualified assets today to fill up that bucket in that bracket because you're not going to have that flexibility going forward.
Casey KingHOST
