Adam ShayGUEST
Um, yeah, so we were probably about, a couple years before we sold, about 10 folks, um, you know, close to $2 million in revenue, um, and focused on working with business owners, both on the proactive income tax side, but also the accounting and bookkeeping side, the advisory side.

Adam ShayGUEST
Um, yeah, and really looking at, looking to work with those c- customers that wanted to grow as business owners, who wanted to grow their business along with us, that value advice and wanted that proactive approach.

Adam ShayGUEST
So really built it on the proactive and, and proactive and technology were kind of our, in the, in my elevator pitch when I'd talk about it, you know, before maybe technology became quite so, uh, [chuckles] so widespread or assumption now at this point.
