When I look at the whole saga with Adam Goodes and how the AFL handled the racism he experienced, had they applied the care leadership lens I'm talking about here, which is compassion, accountability, relationship, Could the outcome of goods have been different? Personally, I think so.

Now, you can see the problem already, can't you? Who decides what is and what is not hateful? For instance, is it hateful to say the Aboriginal flag shouldn't be flown on government buildings? Is that hateful? Is it hateful to say welcome to country ceremonies are insulting? Is it hateful to boo an AFL player ducking for free kicks if he's Aboriginal, like former Swans player Adam Goodes? Are those the sort of opinions now being logged at taxpayer expense so that activists can build their case that Australia is inherently racist? Well, I'll show you in a moment.

Indigenous Affairs Minister Melendiri McCarthy said the Call It Out register would be used to inform government policy on combating racism.

She told journalists, and I quote, I encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to engage with Call It Out and report their experiences and call on all Australians to call out racism when they see it.
