I saw a couple of different physiotherapists who kind of ran me through the ringer, and I talked to my buddy Danny, Dr. Danny Whalen, the best orthopedic surgeon in the game.

And, you know, what's he gonna really tell me over text? But he said, "I think you'll be okay," which was the pep talk I was looking for.
