And they, and the, uh, the audience, just like we didn't know what was gonna happen, the audience doesn't realize, they think, you know, 'cause n- 'cause this is the first time, I mean, aside from Adam, who just kinda popped up here and there, this was setting up a whole storyline, you know? And they don't know that you're gonna be there for, for the next 10 episodes.

How did that reveal the choices you were able to make in those scenes?

Well, I mean, Jerry is so hilarious, and Adam Arkin, who is the, um, director for the first four episodes, he is a wonderful director, and he is also a very funny person.

He kind of really sees the world through the lens of humor.

And because the subject matter, you know, goes to some heavy and dark places, he felt very strongly that it was important to keep the humor alive, especially, uh, in the early episodes, you know.
