Actor–network theory

And I want to kind of pivot a little bit to talking about theories of social change.

And one of the things that you talk about in the High Sierra, and I think it's actor network theory, right? Or as it's called by those who know, ANT.

And I think the originator was Bruno Latour, a French sociologist.

I'm not positive about that.

The gist of ANT is that non-human things hold a place in social networks and motivate the members of those networks to act collectively in pursuit of some kind of shared goal.

I think that articulates it pretty clearly.
