Who is that Welsh gentleman, you say? Former Wales international Alex Popham has hit out at rugby's governing bodies and admitted he's fucking angry about the rate of progress of the landmark brain injuries lawsuits being issued against them.

He's won 43 caps.

He's now, sadly, been diagnosed with early onset dementia.

I mean, that's that is.

And was that your worst one? Is that what prompted you to go into looking at healing? So

And thank you for explaining that, because worst can mean different things in different scenarios, as you've just let us know.

So because you've stacked one on top of another and come to number seven and had the worst symptoms that you've had that then needed dealing with, what kind of things, you said you started a PhD to try and get to the root cause, the bottom of what was going on.

What kind of things did you start doing on your own healing journey to look at the compounding effect of all the brain injuries and the symptoms that you're working with?
