Industry leaders came together to discuss the role of data in shaping insurance's future.

John Kellington, President and CEO of ACORD, opened the discussion by emphasizing the importance of collaboration in improving digital data exchange.

He noted that as technologies like AI and automation continue to advance, data reliability and the trust it creates are essential and can only be achieved through collective innovation and adherence to established standards.

Even with that progress, survey results showed that only 7% of attendees felt fully confident in their organization's data quality, while just 42% said they were somewhat confident.
