Achaicus of Corinth

I urge you, brethren, you know the household of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and that they have devoted themselves to the ministry of the saints, that you also submit to such, and to everyone who works and labors with us.

I am glad about the coming of Stephanas, Fortunatus, and Achaicus, for what was lacking on your part they supplied.

for they refreshed my spirit and yours therefore acknowledge such men the churches of asia greet you aquila and priscilla greet you heartily in the lord with the church that is in their house all the brethren greet you greet one another with a holy kiss the salutation with my own hand paul's if any one does not love the lord jesus christ let him be accursed o lord come the grace of our lord jesus christ be with you my love be with you all in christ jesus amen

But Paul knew that God had assigned a task to Timothy, and he meant to help him fulfill it.

A host of others, men and women such as Phoebe, Prisca, Aquila, Fortunatus, and Achaicus, rallied round in ministry with Paul too.

None of them looked or acted the same.

They weren't gifted in the same ways.

Be subject to such as these, and to every fellow worker and labourer.

I rejoice at the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus, because they have made up for your absence, for they refreshed my spirit as well as yours.

Give recognition to such people.

The churches of Asia send you greetings, Aquila and Prisca.

I urge you also to submit to such people and to everyone who works and labors with them.

I am delighted to have Stephanus, Fortunus, and Achaicus present because these men have made up for your absence.

In other words, there's been a group of people who have now come to Ephesus saying, Paul, We got problems.

You sent us that letter and we still have problems.

I encourage you to support such individuals and anyone who works and labors alongside them.

I was delighted when Stephanas, Fortunatus, and Achaicus arrived because they had made up for your absence.

They've been a breath of fresh air to me and to you as well.

Acknowledge such dedication.
