Ace the Bat-Hound

yeah so it's like was he already just in on the ground like near it i mean like it doesn't make any sense because he's an old man there's no way he's sprinting away down there to get there

yeah and he didn't have it didn't look like he had a vehicle so unless he rode uh on ace

yeah And maybe because maybe Ace is really the Super Bat Hound.

Who knows? Who knows? Yeah,

yeah, yeah.

Yeah, that was pretty.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

I like how they gave you Ace's origin, which is another good thing.

When Julius Schwartz was handed Batman and Detective Comics a few years earlier, he jettisoned all the hangers-on who'd accumulated in the 1950s during the tenure of editor Jack Schiff.

Among those characters were Batwoman, Batgirl, Bat-Mite, and Ace the Bat-Hound." I think they missed a trick getting rid of Ace, I'm just saying.

Hmm.

"Now, two and a half years later, after Schwartz unveiled the new-look Batman, he felt the time was right for a new Batgirl." So it was all Schwartz.

Um, And then a few years after that, he's like a planet-trotting guy with a big bat family.

Got Batwoman and Ace the Bat-Hound and Batmite.

And then a few years after that, towards the late 60s and early 70s, A new creative team comes in and they kind of strip all that away and Batman becomes kind of dark again.

And then, you know, you have the late 80s with Frank Miller's take with Dark Knight Returns and Batman Year One, which, you know, effectively reestablished the character again.

That's what I do in my spare time.

I'm going to throw in Ace the Bat Hound from Super Pets.

A little Kevin Hart.

I'm going to throw in I'm doing Tim
