It was my first Ace Combat game.

I'm continuing to go through all these little indie games that I think are worth looking at, though.

And also, I bought Ace Combat 8, but it's not here yet.

And the top 10 games of the United States for the month of September had eight new entrance charting with Wolverine, Football Club 27, Fire Emblems, Fortune Weave, The Blood of Don Walker, War Dogs, Unimogical Way of the Sword, Halloween, The Game, and Ace Combat 8 coming in at 1, 3, 4, 5. five six seven eight and nine respectively with number two being nba 2k 27 which was the number one selling game of uh of august and now the best-selling game of the year surpassing a requiem and madden 27 the sports game they usually like normally take the top spots in these months so obviously like uh The first month was always going to be this game's best month, regardless.

The hype of it showing up at D23, the Marvel name, all the insane marketing spend they put in this thing.

We had a billboard here.

It's a game that you will revisit.

It is something that collectors and people that buy this will want to own.

Other games like that are Resident Evil, Pragmata, Blood of Dawn Walker, Ace Combat 8, Bond.com. Those games are going to have 20 to 30 plus percent physical shares.

when you add in games like marathon or games like battlefield or call of duty or fifa which sell tons of copies those are going to be those games are effectively ephemeral next year nobody cares about them and therefore they don't care to buy them even if you wanted to trade it in they're worthless so yeah those skew the numbers and that's how you get to these low figures um i And that's also why I don't think you're going to see a huge impact.

Number 10, Madden NFL 27.

Number 9, Ace Combat 8.

Number 8, Halloween the Game.

Number 7, Ademusha Way of the Sword.

Their main reason for being there is for selling of like various different like pop culture, like stuff and Gundam and stuff like that.

But they did have a Gundam game playable there as well as Ace Combat 8.

So great.

like they had a video game presence like i said it has sort of felt like the video games has been sort of relegated a little bit this this time around it felt like it was a little bit more of a presence which was great um there was great sellers there was great um great atmosphere great environment like everything spread out along like two sides of the conventional whilst being still being really really busy and really narrow to be able to navigate it did feel like everyone sort of had their own spaces and i'd say the layout worked a lot better this year than it did last year like it felt a bit scattergun how it was last year but this way this year it had a bit more flow to it a bit it felt a bit more natural where everything was and yeah organization wise i think it was really well done like the um the staff there from the security guards the general um repop employees who are all organizing different things uh from the live stages to the you know to the talent the press um all that they all did a cracking job and whilst from a press side i have a little bit of a criticism i don't think this was necessarily um comic con's problem themselves um Big shout out to Hannah and Tom from the press team who were having to deal with me and Mike all weekend long, constantly asking for interviews and stuff like that.
