Greg PetersonHOST
Brad Brownell has done a really good job in terms of coaching up this team.
Greg PetersonHOST
They bring back a lot of guys like Zach Foster, Ace Buckner from a season ago.
Greg PetersonHOST
Laterious Lovett has been a nice three-point shooter at the college basketball ranks.
Greg PetersonHOST
Carter Welling is solid down low.

Greg PetersonHOST
This is always a top 50 defense in terms of points allowed on a per-possession basis.
Greg PetersonHOST
They really don't get beat in terms of allowing second and third chances on the glass.
Greg PetersonHOST
They did a nice job in terms of their opponent's 3-point shooting percentage last year, and bringing back Ace Buckner I think is very good.
Greg PetersonHOST
8.5 points per game, as a little bit of a sixth man for this team a season ago.
Carmine JumetHOST
Will hopefully be back sometime December or January, in that range.
Carmine JumetHOST
And then Ace Buckner is also representing Clemson, and he is the son of Little John legend Greg Buckner, who has his name in the rafters and his jersey up there as well, as far as, uh, Clemson's fifth all-time leading scorer ever.
Carmine JumetHOST
So got a star-studded crew here.
Carmine JumetHOST
And basically, they're bringing in seven new guys.
Joel Berry IIHOST
I think you're spot on, T.O. You just think about Joseph Girard coming over from Syracuse to Clemson and what he was able to do from a catch-and-shoot standpoint.
Joel Berry IIHOST
And I think Cole Serta will be able to do that, especially with – Having Ace Buckner at the point guard, just being able to create and give this guy the ability to knock down shots, but don't get it wrong.
Joel Berry IIHOST
This dude can put the ball on the floor as well.
Joel Berry IIHOST
So I'm excited about him.
Tate FrazierGUEST
Yeah, I trust Brad Brownell.
Tate FrazierGUEST
I think Ace Buckner will have a big year.
Tate FrazierGUEST
Cole Serta, who they brought over, I think will have a nice year for them as well.
Tate FrazierGUEST
And just looking at the schedule, I mean, they're pretty much at home exclusively until they get to December.
Jam HinesHOST
Yeah, he definitely will be.
Jam HinesHOST
And you talk about that Clemson team and also Ace Buckner is going to be fun to watch and give him some help there.
Jam HinesHOST
Carter Welling, who you've already mentioned closer to shooter there, too.
Jam HinesHOST
So there are some other pieces in there that I think that once he finally finds himself, hopefully sooner rather than later this season, that you really can see just everything take off because of some of the other pieces that he has there around him.
Stephen GillaspieHOST
I think in order for him to hit his highest in outcome, like he's got to be on ball.
Stephen GillaspieHOST
Right.
Stephen GillaspieHOST
And I think bringing in Ace Buckner and it's like very poignant thing that you that you brought up.
Stephen GillaspieHOST
And I'm glad that you did that because it's a little bit of an insurance policy there.
