So those are going to be our core topics sitting in there.

It's all going to be centered around the profitability in the dealership and how dealers can be uh sustained into 2027 and and thriving um but then i'm extremely excited uh to bring in uh three big heavy hitters uh one that i mentioned already steve greenfield we're bringing a brand new talk to the stage uh at asoducon west and then uh our new friend jack hollis former coo at uh at Toyota here in North America and now managing partner of Accrual Equity Partners.

And then a new friend as well, Vic Keller, who historically was with Berkshire Hathaway and was right hand to Warren Buffett or sorry, not right hand, but answered directly to Warren Buffett and his strategies on leadership and career growth in retail automotive.

So we've got the pairing of three retail centric topics with very big, broad understanding of how to lead in retail auto today.

Today's guest has spent his career doing both.

Jacob Tilzer is the founder and managing partner of Accrual Equity Partners, but many in the collision industry know him best as the founder of Kaizen Collision, which he built from a single location into one of the industry's fastest growing multi-shop operators.

But the Kaizen story is really only part of this conversation.

Today, Jacob is building again, investing in and growing businesses across automotive, assembling an incredible team at Accrual Equity Partners and partnering with entrepreneurs and operators to build the next generation of great automotive companies.

This one's also a little bit personal for me.

Jacob is one of the guys responsible for bringing me into the organization I'm a part of today in NBB.

But ultimately, that was Kaizen in its peak.
