Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act

We know that Europe, their Accessibility Act is effective.

Canada has their own, I believe, Ontarioans, if I'm If I butchered that word, please forgive me, I'm not Canadian, but the Ontario Accessibility Act has been around for a while, and that's been pretty aggressive, and we already talked about AccessiBe.

So one of the things that we get a lot on, you know, we talked about this, you know, the standing component.

One of the big defenses is always, look, we fixed our website, we fixed it, we fixed our public accommodations, so the plaintiff's claims are moot.

2.2 does supersede and does cover everything in 2.1.

In Canada, there aren't any real formal guidelines for the entire country there's in Ontario AODA, so Accessibility for Ontarians Disabilities Act that basically follows what WCAG 2.2 says to do for AA compliance.

So that's kind of the standard that you should be reaching for.
