What happens at that point, Abhishek? Where does that go? Mm-hmm.

So the PFR, as you mentioned, being supporting the customers, if a customer is asking a solution architect that, hey, we are looking for a specific feature which is currently missing in a product or they are looking in the next six months, they're looking to have a specific feature into the product.
4:53
So the way the product feature request process works is all the field solution architect, including the Connect Solutions Architect, they have a capability to submit, which we call it internally, which we call it as a product feature request.
5:07
Within the product feature request, we identify whether it's a new product feature request or it's an existing feature which is already being submitted by someone else.
5:17
It can be a product feature, it can be a roadmap item which is being launched, which is in the roadmap.
5:22
or it can be a new feature which no one talks about.
5:26
So what we do is, once we, on a regular basis, we categorize those product feature requests into multiple categories within Amazon Connect customers, whether it is related to self-service agent experience, or whether it is related to communications and channels, or it is related to our forecasting capacity planning, or our global routing, as you mentioned, which got recently released.
