Um, and it, and it, and, um, his hand was up like, uh, well, what my mother would call up like a Belfast bap, which is just one of these big, crunchy, um [laughs] like, like lunch sort of rolls that you would have, and it was huge already.

Well, 31 will be next, and this is a dignity on a priority female, a purebred Angus female that I think's got the intangibles to be a brood cow in the making.

I think that one's foot size and substance is definitely outlier for the Angus deal.

I could be wrong because I'm just looking at pictures and videos, but I do read that female to have quite a bit of future ahead of her.

I think that one's build is very nice as well.

Yeah, I mean, back 25, 30 years ago, we kind of started with some Angus cattle and branched off and bred them semi.

We bred them main and kind of built our herd around a really solid group of Angus females and kind of going back to our roots a little bit and having a few Angus cows running around.

And this one, really good in her rib shape.

one needs to be on your list look in yes sir Well, 14 will be next.

You switch it up and have a main Angus prospect up to offer.

She's a primo on beauty.

Beauty's an all-me whiskey.

I mean, this one's the one.

This Primo Beauty, which is out of that... that beauty cab dylan miller uh showed there in 2013 for the miller family in indiana a very very nice nice cow in her own right excuse me this one's got all the all the all the intangibles to have a very very good show career big haired awesome feet and legs awesome look deep in the center of her body but also bold sprung in her rib shape and plenty of muscle for a main Angus female.

We're excited to see kind of where this one goes.

OK, and you've got this Angus Bull.

This is in Australia, smashing price records.

This is huge sums being paid.

Oh yeah, so over in New South Wales, a bull breeder is describing bidding at his recent cattle auction as stratospheric.

So 19-month-old Angus Bull, named Wyatt W50, he sold for an eye-watering $514,000 New Zealand dollars at an auction near Bathurst.

So the beast weighs around 834 kilograms.

And bidding well surpassed previous record prices too.

I might not have told you we're after a special kind of cow.

It's not we're buying from Ed Allison or Aberdeen Angus.

And you can't find them on the ranch next

door.

Like we've, we've got a thousand, we're on a thousand acres or so in the Cotswolds.

We bought a herd of native Angus, cycler cows to kind of build in that and ticking that along.

But then the, The other half of that business is right.

Well, how do we just get as much money out of each beef carcass instead of just going on the truck to the abattoir? How do we turn that from like a two, three grand carcass into like eight, nine, 10 grand carcass? So we've been building this, a catering business that kind of goes in tandem with the farming business.

Mum and dad used to just run the blocks and we kind of took, we brought all the stock over both properties.

So we got just under 2,000 ewes, 150 roughly Angus breeding cows.

And yeah, we decided we were buying in an extra like 200 to 300 lambs.

And we thought, well, we do have hoggets, not to the ram, just chilling out on the hill.

And then marketing on a consistent basis with the consumer You need volume, and it gives us the volume to get into programs like Country Natural Beef.

We can deal with certified Angus beef premiums on our Angus black-headed cattle.

So we have all those opportunities.

And so when I take the holistic approach, that's it.
