You know, I don't know Scott well.

Um, we, you know, frequent that, the Abby Phillips show, and we'll, we'll, you know, like go at it on, on camera and stuff, and I don't really know him outside of that.

But, like, everybody that I've talked to about him when it comes up say that, like, he was a, kinda like a different guy a- before, you know, the, the Trump usurping of the Rep- Republican Party, and now you're saying the same thing.

Like, what you just said I've heard a couple of times.

Um, but, you know, the moment can make the man, depending on, on, on what happens, and I think catastrophe is what changes it.

And, and, and here's how we know.

The night that Abby Phillips' show...

And I'm only slow to call it that because I know this isn't what Abby would want to do if it was up to her.

You have to remember these are the most narcissistic, self-infatuated, entitled people on the planet.

You cannot possibly surpass the conceit of the likes of an Abby Phillip or a Jake Tapper or a Caitlin Collins.

These people are completely beyond reproach in their own heads.

So you can only imagine the meltdown once they heard the news.

Sources on the inside of CNN says that everybody is in a tizzy.

Abby Phillip, Jake Tapper, everybody is nervous about this because nobody's job is secure.

All right.

So let's get into this, folks.

However, I guess the ball's going to be rolling.

Scott Jennings just may have a show.

He may be in Abby Phillips' seat.

I mean, he might.

How many people watch the White House Press briefing and say, "Yes, Kaitlan Collins asked a question today that changed my life"? None.

Maybe they should change her and bring maybe Abby Phillip.

She has beautiful, beauti- a beautiful smile.

Maybe President Trump [laughs] will maybe admit her to the White House.

But the company appeared to be making some gains with digital audiences with its recently launched CNN All Access subscription service, where CNN has been testing new programming formats.

On the traditional side, despite the viewership challenges, CNN has seen personnel like Abby Phillip and Harry Enten gain some traction only because this show likes playing their clips.

It, it-- First of all, Harry Enten doesn't have his own show, so it's impossible to track his ratings.

Abby Phillip's ratings, th-th-- people like watching the clips after the fact so they can isolate and just watch Scott Jennings or watch me make fun of everybody else at the table.

Warner Brothers Discovery projected in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission earlier this year that CNN will generate six hundred million dollars in profit in twenty twenty-six on one point eight billion dollars in revenue.

[chuckles] A new corporate parent, Paramount Skydance, is set to take the reins of CNN in October, and with that change of control could come entirely new goals and means of executing them.

I'm like, I'll have this conversation with you.

And nobody wants to actually have that conversation.
