minute.

Hey, are you effective or ineffective, right? Like if you, in my opinion, and you know, when I came up in the military, I don't care if you're black, white.

So I am the co-founder of the National Association for Single and Divorced Families.

I kind of like to think of us as the AARP for the divorce and single family community.

We provide products, services, support, and resources for people who are in the process of getting a divorce, currently divorced, or have a single family household.

And we have the only divorce insurance product on the market that guarantees child support and alimony for if the person who's paying dies becomes disabled.

And I said, how about one and you don't need the others? And I got this great association I want to start.

And so I sent him the business plan and three, four months of questions and answers.

And he came back and said, we're going to pass If it's so good, why hasn't somebody else done it? And I thought, well, we've tailored ourselves after AARP.

If they've got 36 million members and $2 billion in revenue, why hasn't somebody competed with them? And he goes, yeah, I know you've said that, but we're going to go ahead and pass.

and not seeing that they're reimbursed consistently.

And I do think that that is something that was said in there too that one commercial insurances haven't even added these codes sometimes and then even if they have to this person's point they're also getting denied i just wanted to add the musing of for commercial insurance Well, one, these were written through Medicare.

They're thinking of older adults.

We know that all the polls don't mean nothing.

You know, that the president's own pollster participated in a poll for AARP that had Tallarico up four points.

But we know a couple of things.

One, polls at this time of year across the country, as Patrick Ruffini has pointed out, overstate Democrats historically.

But if you were to have 50K there for 90 days, you would not only get the 20K bonus, but you would have somewhere around another... 21,000 to 24,000 advantage miles on top of that just by having your funds sitting there instead of being in a high-yield savings account.

This project builds on Tempe's longstanding leadership in age- and dementia-friendly initiatives.

The city of Tempe became Arizona's first dementia-friendly city in 2015 and earned an AARP Age-Friendly City designation in 2022.

Nationally, older adults make up 20% of the population but only 4% of park users, and Arizona has the fastest growing rate of Alzheimer's disease in the country.

The dementia and age-friendly park will address this need with ADA-compliant features tailored to this population, including wide, shaded walking paths, benches with arm and back rests, a ramada for gathering, and sensory landscaping designed to provide calming stimulation, all within a fenced, safe environment close to parking and restrooms.
