I mean, originally it was never meant to be a book originally.

Originally it was just me trying to figure out my life, and, and then it just, I just really en- I learned so much about, you know, connecting, oh, that's why this dec- you know, that's why I made this decision was because of this.

And then, and, and also learning about how people impacted my life so much.

And so I just kept writing and writing and writing, and then when, when we had kids, I, I saw all this stuff and I was like, "You know, maybe I'll write it for them and they can have it someday." But the real truth is, is I wanted to teach my kids, like, how do you, how do you teach somebody that some of the best moments in your life will be the hardest? And I didn't know how to teach that.
