You guys have had experience with this, and I, I'm sure you played with some guys like this, where Green Bay was notorious for continuing to draft quarterbacks even when you guys had a quarterback.

And, and for years, like Mar- well this was before your time, but Mark Brunell was on that roster, Aaron Brooks was on that roster.

Um, Matt Hasselbeck was on that roster.

Kurt Warner at one time was on that roster.

And in this playoff game, it was as loud as I've ever heard a stadium in my life and, and literally when we get in the huddle, you know, it's vibr- your head is vibrating.

And I'm looking at Aaron Brooks's mouth just to see the play call.

And, and we, we actually won the game, and that was the very first game that, uh, the Saints had ever won in a playoff.

And, um, so it was a s- it was a special day.

You know, n- knowing that whoever they have, it's gonna work.

I'll go back to the '90s and, um, and, and the Packers and Mike Holmgren because I felt like any quarterback that played was good enough to be better than the Bears, whether it was Tim Hasselbeck or it was Aaron Brooks, and eventually it's Matt Flynn.

Like, all these guys, whoever it was, was like, "Oh my God, how did they find another one? How did they find another one? How did they find another one?" And the truth is, they had Mike Holmgren, and eventually they had Mike McCarthy as an extension of it.

And you look at all the coaches under Holmgren there, right? And we know that Gruden was there, and we know that Mariucci was there and all that stuff.

We have three quarterbacks in this town because we've got one Ben Johnson.

So now every backup that plays is gonna look pretty good, and then we'll trade them away for picks, like the Packers did with the Hasselbecks of the world and the Aaron Brooks's of the world, and-

After that game, people wanted to see Dan Ellis.

I mean, remembering the Saints, that was impossible.

I mean, I think Aaron Brooks was the quarterback.

They really didn't have a chance that year.
