A-Teferi, Time Raveler

Unfortunately, Atraxa plays blue, and as does Lady Octopus, the magic card, not a literal female octopus, for clarification's sake, who is in C3.

On Atraxa's turn, he goes to play Teferi Time Raveler, while maintaining a glut of mana to almost cast Atraxa and start his shenanigans.

I can see Lady Octopus looking at his cards and thinking hard.

I mention to the table, that's probably a good idea to counter Teferi if possible, because we won't be able to interact with the rest of his shenanigans this turn otherwise.

So I typically am not first picking Time Spiral.

Interesting one next, which is Teferi Time Raveler, a card I'm always attracted to in Cube.

I do wonder, though, at this point, am I...

Am I okay to still love Teferi Time Raveler, or is it kind of a safety blanket at this point? The definition of that being something that makes you feel safe but doesn't actually do that.

Teferi Time Raveler is an excellent card.

I think pick one, pack one.

I would rather take Teferi than Wheel of Fortune.
