A. S. King

I'm Stephanie Affinito, your Kid Lit loving host, inviting you back to another bookish conversation with a children's literature author.

Today, I'm talking with Amy Sarig King.

Amy is the author of the middle grade novels Me and Marvin Gardens, The Year We Fell From Space, and Attack of the Black Rectangles.

She's also published many critically acclaimed young adult novels under the name A.S. King, with titles like Please Ignore Vera Dietz, Ask the Passengers, and The Collectors.

It's a, or not with, but is a contemporary Dirty Dancing-inspired rom-com.

It Came From The Creek by Amy Sarig King.

Amy Sarig King, one of my absolute favorites, you might know her as A.S. King, who has written many award-winning YA novels.

This is her second or third middle grade novel, and she uses her whole name, uh, for her middle grade ones, and she's just the best.

Other Worlds Than These: A Talisman Novel by Stephen King and Peter Straub.
