A Man of No Importance

This is part of it.

We did this play called Man of No Importance at Lincoln Center, and it was beautiful, and it was everything that I think theater should be.

And, um, it did not get received well by the press, and I was looking around at the people in Lincoln Center, not the actors but the audience, and I thought, "Do I really wanna be pursuing this here-

Hmm

So it felt like, you know, yeah, I, I belong here.

I was never really intimidated by anyone.

The most intimidating person was when we did Man of No Importance.

It was Roger Rees who played the lead, and, you know, I've been a Nicholas Nickleby fan since the beginning, and he's just extraordinary.
