A Lesson in Romantics

I guess, you know, I can't say too much right now because none of it's announced.

yet, but basically our first album, A Lesson in Romantics, came out in 2007.

So next year will be the 20th anniversary for that.

So there definitely will be a lot that goes into that and sort of celebrating it.

I was surprised.

Oh, the other one where I was like, I felt seen, Mayday Parade, A Lesson in Romantics at number 72.

That feels about right, but I love that album and it's really cool to see it show up there.

Speaking of, like if we're going to talk about Fall Out Boy, Paramore, Panic, that whole thing, a couple bands that are missing here.

Well, I mean, a lot of it's gotta be history.

I mean, we met them in 2007 when we recorded A Lesson in Romantics, and we were...

You know, I was 20.

We were, we were just so young and-

This year's been a little bit lighter with touring.

Yeah.

Uh, but next year, 2027, will be the 20 year of A Lesson in Romantics.

Yeah.

Like, there was everything in it that I, like, love in music, and it, that album did it really, really well.

And then my second album that I pick is A Lesson in Romantics by Mayday Parade, because that is the album that was literally on repeat the year it came out, and I loved it so much.

I've discovered it myself.

Nobody showed it to me.
