If you're not able to get Brett Lother or the Rough Riders don't want to give up any assets to bring Brett Lother over in a potential trade from Ottawa, then I think Lewis Ward could be someone that is discussed with regard to the kicker position.

I think it looked like AJ Ouellette could have played in the rematch in Winnipeg.

Looked like he and Schaefer Baker was close.

Expect those two back next week in BC.

It certainly does not feel like it.

I know that when we were talking about TNR on Saturday morning when we recorded it, we were talking about just the injury list of AJ Ouellette was sort of questionable.

There was somebody else on Saskatchewan who was questionable that was like, this guy might come back.

They didn't, and it really starts to feel like that's a game you would have liked to have a decent run game for to be able to combat Brady Oliveira.

We got Sam Emelis out.

AJ Ouellette has been out.

When you look at the rider, where's the more important factor to come back? Is it someone on the receiving side that can kind of help Trevor out maybe more? Because Conley's done a good job in the backfield, I feel.

Oh yeah, I think Conley is filled in admirably, but also it's the CFL and running backs are disposable.

Like that's why when you see what's happened, you know, I love the big splashy signing of AJ Ouellette and it's like, but is that going to change your franchise's entire philosophy? Yeah, mentality wise, you could say, well, we can beat them up and get downhill when we want to, but unless you're having one of those games where you're handing it off 20 times, you're leaning on your quarterback and you need three, four, five good receivers.

It reminds me of another quote.

Remember one time at Washington State, the late Mike Leach said that his favorite part about being in football was that he could spread it out because people always say, well, you know, we want to go 50-50.

You deal with the owner, anything you need on the rental side for that project.

Guys are getting healthy.

Are they the same back? And in a lot of ways, they are.

Uh, I originally believe, uh, when family came over, they settled in Quebec.

Um, so French Canadian, but I was born in Ohio.

So, so yeah.
