A. H. Parker High School

Yeah, more than I do coming in, for sure.

Hey, uh, I didn't get to this last week, and I don't know, uh, they probably may have picked up another win or two by now, but, uh, how about this? Uh, Birmingham's Parker High School-

Yeah

... which has always been a powerhouse, man, uh, but they picked up their 500th win in program history, man.

Guilty as charged, man.

I loved myself some Beamin when he was at Parker High School.

I thought he was one of the best interior defensive tackles I'd ever covered.

Um, and I think Brand- uh, I almost called you Brandon, my goodness.

Give me a synopsis of guys who were in town that were important for Tennessee and you think it was important for them to see Tennessee, particularly with the way that defense played yesterday.

Yeah, I'll start with the guy that I just talked to this evening and that's CJ Craig James out of Alabama 2028 top 100 safety from down in Parker High School in Alabama.

He was up here in the spring for the big orange barbecue or end of the spring there for the big orange barbecue.

This was his first game day visit to Tennessee.

I played in the first high school football game in the entire state of Alabama where black and whites were on the field.

At the same time, Parker High School in Birmingham was all black.

Banks High School was all white.

We played in Legion Field, the stadium.
