79 West Monroe

Chicago is entering a new growth that cannot be measured by the number of cranes in the sky.

We brought 117 units downtown at 79 West Monroe without one crane, without a crane at all.

And at 500 North Michigan, where construction is underway, you won't see a crane there either.

So what does that say about us? A city bringing over 400 units online across two projects isn't one that stopped building.
