Yeah.

And, One of the projects that I love that you guys have worked on is the 550 Madison.

Oh, yes.

It is incredible.

And we found that, you know, there was a lot of classical architecture references.

You know, the golden ratio was very present especially in the lobby and in the volume and in section.

So for us, that was kind of, we wanted to kind of preserve that purity of form and then, but bring it to life for a building that was going to still be, you know, a class A trophy, Madison Avenue, multi-tenant asset.

So that was important.

The success that led to Kodok, uh, a New York concept that elevates Korean fried chicken, so freaking good, uh, the same l- through the same lens of precision and hospitality.

He's recently opened the doors to the most ambitious project yet, a multi-concept space in New York set within 550 Madison Avenue with multiple dining experiences.
