very much so and that's where my broader research um you know that i was working on a few years ago came in so with yoga it's not the poses it's the breath that's what we've learned and there's different types of breathing techniques that give us different outcomes and if you look in something like the upanishads you know we have that information the vedas really more in the vedas you know we have that information about what works.

Or if you look in modern writings, 3HO, Yogi Bhajan talks about very specific efforts in yoga, particularly with breath, that give you specific outcomes.

The Breath of Fire, it's interesting that you mention that because we actually practiced Yogi Bhajan's Kundalini Yoga at the Health Information Program at Berkeley 50 years ago when I got involved with it.

You're working with all of these modalities together and I guess two things.

This is kind of a funny story.

I had the fortune because 3HO as an organization, I'm not in love with.

They've done some damage, I think.

But I had a book by the founder, Yogi Bhajan, who was a Sikh.

So couldn't have been more flying in the face of what is considered proper protocol.

And so I got a message that he demanded that I be at his lecture that day in full bana, which means the full 3HO dress.

And during that lecture, he put a challenge on how to learn how to basically manipulate and control people.

And I actually have the video on my YouTube channel.

I would like the secretaries of Yogi Bhajan to admit what they did and also let us hold for them that they were victims.

But tell the truth.

The fact that so many of these women are gonna die and take it to their grave, it just enrages me, because what do we chant in 3HO? Sat Nam, truth is God.

Truth, it has nothing to do with 3HO.
